Programs for General Safety
Program Description
Today, being safe requires more.  So, the MMA has developed programs that
not only reinforce the importance of safe practices on a bicycle or on a skateboard, but also how to interact safely in a neighborhood and the internet.

What Safety Programs Do
MMA safety programs work to instruct and reinforce the value of safe practices.
Our most visible program is the Bicycle Helmet Give-Away we sponsor each year
at the Mahwah Day, but we are also known for the CyberSafety Program, and our
Kid Care Program.

The Safety Target Audience
We target all children, as well as those adults who need reminders that a helmet
is always a good decision.  We also target those adults who might need some
help with Child Seat installation or help understanding the internet.

Participant Cost
All safety programs are free to all attendees.

What Can You Do
MMA is always looking for ideas about how it can improve its programs promoting safety.  If you have ideas, feel free to contact us directly at info@mmasite.org,
